Essential Power Tools

  • Overwhelmed trying to decide what to buy, rent, or borrow?

Then this workshop is for you! In this primarily informational workshop, you’ll get introduced to several of the essential power tools used for home projects. For each of these tools — the drill/driver, miter saw, circular saw, jigsaw, reciprocating saw, multi-tool, and sander — you’ll learn what they’re used for, high-level safety and operation information, and what specs to look for when buying, borrowing, or renting.

Time will be provided to practice using some of the tools with supervision at the end of the class.
