North by Northeast Community Health Center in partnership with City of Portland, Metro, Community Warehouse and Rebuilding Center, are excited to host the first ever Donation Fair! This event is an opportunity for community members to come together to donate items that might be around your house that you might not be using. Whether it is clearing space out of one of your closets or you have just been holding onto some great goods, this is your opportunity to clean out! We are looking for items that are in good condition and could be given to another person for them to use in their home.

Metro will offer disposal of:

Medical Sharps and Epi-pens (Free Sharps Containers) Household Batteries Prescription Medications (Place pills in a Ziplock bag-including pet and liquid medication) Compact Fluorescent Lights (CFL Bulbs, No Tubes or Broken Blubs) Books for reuse (Not textbooks, magazines or encylopedias)

Community Warehouse will take donations of:

Kitchenware: Pots & pans, Dishes, Silverware and Small appliances Linens: Towels, Pillows, Sheets and Blankets Furniture: Sofas, Armchairs, Table & Chairs, Mattresses, Box Springs and Dressers

ReBuilding Center will take donations of:

Household Building Materials: Bathtubs, Bricks, Cabinets and Countertops, Dimensional Lumber, Dishwashers, Doors, Engineered Flooring, Hardware, Light Fixtures, Medicine Cabinets, Mirrors, Pipe (PVC, ABS, Conduit), Power Tools, Roofing, Sheet Goods, Sinks, Steam Radiators, Tiles, Toliets, Trim, Water Heaters or Furnaces, Windows, Wood Flooring and Work Benches
