The St. Johns Bizarre  is celebrating its ninth year of creating a forum for neighbors and friends to celebrate the community. The Bizarre is a showcase of the unique and eclectic character of North Portland and includes local music, street performers, a vendor’s market, refreshments and kids art activities. Resourceful PDX will have a booth at the event so residents can learn more about resourceful living and share community resources.
