During Earth Week 2018, April 16 - 22, Habitat ReStore is highlighting DIY items and information, with a resource fair on April 21.  

Come to the fair to get resources and knowledge around resourcefulness, reuse, and general green practices.

The Portland ReStore is a project of Habitat for Humanity that takes in donations of building material, home furniture and appliances, and sells them as a fundraiser to build homes for low-income families. As the organization works with new and used items with a goal of keeping them out of the landfill, they look for volunteer support to educate customers and volunteers around DIY possibilities and also how to properly dispose of items they cannot take in.
