Portland’s first Zero Waste Conference is a sustainability learning experience featuring regionally-targeted content and recognized leaders from the community.

What is Zero Waste?

It’s a popular approach that many people are adopting to reduce the amount of material they generate that is being sent to landfills or incinerators. It can be something done by an individual, a household, an organization or a business.

Are you interested in networking with zero waste and minimal waste enthusiasts in the Portland area, while learning about the latest tips, regulations and initiatives?

Tentative topics include zero waste for business, reusable container laws, one can of garbage per year, update on the single-use disposable campaign in Portland, low waste basics, and an expert Q&A panel. More details coming soon, and speaker topics subject to change.

Register for the conference or learn about sponsorship and tabling opportunities at the event. Beginners and experts welcome!
